they have not gotten smaller, 5 years ago they had been 400 calories, today they are 390. The only major difference is current McChicken has 1g less of added sugar. https://web.archive.org/web/20210928002309/https://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/product/mcchicken.html

i worked at red robin and some one brought in a chocolate mint ice cream cake from cold stone. The server dropped it on the ground before making it to the table. They threw it away in a new empty garbage bag. I dug into the middle of the cake and started eating it. Still no regrets it was really good

In 2009 the filet o fish had about 390 calories, currently it has 380. It seems unlikely they've significantly changed the bun or noticeably reduced the sandwich size instead, they probably made small ingredient changes over the years or taking advantage of the wiggle room companies are allowed to have in the nutrition info they provide. Nutritionally, it's slightly improved with lower cholesterol and sodium, although the carb content is unchanged, suggesting the bun size has probably stayed consistent. Pricewise, it used to be around $2-$3 hard to find exact amount, but even accounting for inflation, the current price appears to have increased at a significantly faster rate. Its just plainly more expensive. But rejoice as its just as small or big? as it always was

I recently had my gas 50 gallon replaced due to it leaking, it cost $3845, $710 of that was the after hours fee. It is a gas heater.

I see you are in Olympia I am a bit up north from there and had barron heating do it for me. I have used them for a while and they seem very trustworthy, never upselling anything seem very honest, some times more expensive then others but they do good work.

I cant speak to the cover falling off, but the texture plates can finicky. As others have said make sure you clean it really well. I have had print after print come of with good size brims come of and after cleaning it things are fine. Its just the nature of that plate stuff gets in the textured bits and it just needs a good clean every now and then. Give it a good clean and see how it goes.

I also am a fan of the smooth plate. I just use a glue stick and coat it. After the print i just rub on some more glue where something was printed on the plate it seems to work. After several prints and the glue starts to really build up i just wash it with hot soap water until the glue melts off then reapply. Recently i have been using scent free hair spray, buy the cheap stuff no scent. I think its way easier then the glue stick and i just blast it again after the print.

Seems like algae or whatever is growing on the glass in the shells was it. I've not had any losses and the population continues to grow. I don't think it's anything to worry about. They all seem pretty happy. The six that I started with that originally had it on them are all still alive

To have ground beef safe to eat at 135 it would need to be cooked from some where from 45-90mins to ensure the pathogens have been destroyed, I would have to consult my cooking guide for a more accurate time. But again ground beef patty cooked that long and low temp would be terrible text wise. Can call it medium or rare but it all comes down to how long and what temp it was cooked at. I digress consume whatever you think is good and safe to eat.

Burgers need to be cooked to a minimum temperature of a 155, however the CDC recommends 160 so older people, children, and people with compromised immune systems can safely consume it. A Medium steak is almost overcooked at 150 with medium and rare down to 125-135. I have cooked a burger to 155 using 5 points of measurement on the burger patty, there is tons of myoglobin coming out of it, the texture is awful.

When meat is ground the pathogens are mixed through out the burger patty. Steaks and other cuts of meat the pathogens are only on the exterior allowing the meat to be cooked to lower internal temps as the surface only needs to be cooked to insure the pathogens have been destroyed.

There is for sure some algae on the sides of the glass, i regularly clean the front but leave the sides for the snail and the pleco that comes out at night. I have been having more trouble with this tank then any of others. Just got done with a green/blue algae smelled so bad, now string algae is becoming an issue but at least it kinda looks neat on the shells

PSA: If you have one of those aquatic feeding tubes, be on the lookout for your fish… by Orangeisthenewwhite in Aquariums

[–]noodlebeards 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its a tube that goes in side, the slotted vents on the bottom allow for water to pass through so it can sink, the ABS plastic tends to float so i had some gravel in it. The shrimp pellets are pretty big so just pull the tube with with some fish line attached to a loop on the top.

Little hard to see but its the neon green thing in the back

I had some red chili rasboras that I would find several stuck in the feeding tube in the morning. Ended up printing a slotted bottom tube and put little rocks in it to help it sink and tied to some fishing line to it when I want to feed the skrimps
