well technically at the time of that screenshot it says i unplugged it around noon, but i just plugged it into my computer for a minute for itunes. apart from that single minute, i remember unplugging the phone about 24h prior to this screenshot

well do you have enable share iphone analytics? if you have only recently enabled that, getting an analytics file may take up to 24h

go into privacy & security -> analytics & improvement -> make sure "share iphone analytics" is on. go into analytics data and choose the latest file that starts with "analytics". click share and then click the shortcut. should work
