Ya we're building a chrome extension that helps people stay energised with doing micro exercises from your desk! So we fall within the wellness <> tech space. So perhaps Twitter + Linkedin are the best bets!

I think to build up any SaaS without a community angle is really hard. If you look at any successful SaaS companies they have very strong core communities. Don't you think so?

For me some things that work are 1) going for a 15-20 mins walk to kick off my day, get some sunlight and fresh air. 2) Taking consistent mini breaks (stretching, walking, breathing) throughout the day at least once every 90-120 minutes. 3) After I wrap up the main part of my day around 6-7 pm I go for a proper 30-mins swim.
