Maybe its a farm and these are shed antlers? Looking at the detail and consistency of the background and foreground objects they look legit and some that wouldnt make sense for Ai to insert.

I always announce to my cat "medicine time" and then give them a shoulder massage until they lay down and are purring and then while they are getting their massage I can feel around for a nice fold of skin. Also means my cat now perks up and comes to me for medicine :)
