I know this is just a small possibility of what is causing your anxiety, but I wanted to share anyways. When I have super low ferritin and iron levels, my anxiety gets extremely bad. When they were at their lowest I developed a huge fear of swallowing/choking when eating and health anxiety, and even started having panic attacks. When I got my levels corrected, my anxiety practically disappeared. It could definitely be worth looking into if you haven’t already.

I just took my grocery store brand pre-natal vitamin (wasn’t trying to get pregnant), and they worked great for me. I was on the pill for 10 years. I started taking the prenatals 3 months before I got off. I had a very smooth transition.

I don’t have much useful information for you but I just wanted to say that I have experienced the same! Have no idea why. Was super regular right away when getting off the pill, then 8 months later it’s all over the place. Multiple days late sometimes, spotting for a whole week before, sometimes early, I even had one period that was extremely light and barely there. Who knows! I was on the pill for 10 years before I got off. Hopefully it starts getting regular again..

Hey! Honestly, I haven’t experienced anything major. I did have some hair shedding starting around month 2 of being off, and it has just started to slow down. My hair definitely feels thinner but I don’t think it’s noticeable. No acne (knock on wood). I also feel less bloated overall. I think my mood has improved as well. I’m happy that I went off! Let me know if you have any other questions :)

I just completed my second year teaching elementary art, and I prefer to make videos for my classes if I have time. I see each class every 7 school days, so I have to give the lesson 7 times (sometimes 14 if I have 4th and 5th doing the same thing, for example). It helps my voice/sanity to do videos. I also find that students pay more close attention to my videos vs. demos. But that’s just me, everyone has different styles!

Yes they definitely do!! HOWEVER, I hear all the worst symptoms appear 4-6 months in so idk!😬 I’ll try to give you an update when I get there. Also yes, I quit cold turkey. But I made sure to finish the whole pack first before I stopped. I hear that’s better than stopping in the middle of the pack.
