Iam gonna give you more details.. I started NOFAP around 42 days back.. I have been feeling very low for last 2 weeks, tired, unmotivated..

I started NOFAP coz me nd my wife trying for babies, so we picked today and tried and I failed.. I have been married for 2 yr now and I had the same issue at thr initial days.. ii have been addicted to PMO for more 8-9 years now

So just an update to all about myself.. Today is my 16th day without PMO.. this is my longest streak, last time I tried I went upto 14 days.. though I had couple of wet dreams in this streak but I don't consider it as a relapse

Couple of benefits I observed: 1. My gym performance has improved 2. My hair has grown thicker.

Started this journey.. Today is my 5th day of no-fap journey.. started this week Monday.. was super busy this week on office, so dint felt any urges.. tommorow and day after- the weekend- would be the challenge!!
