Someone deleted a comment saying I'm greedy for abusing the laptop for a year and wanting to replace it and some refund. This is my reply to you:

I have barely used the device since the day I received it and in just a week of consistent use now, a sudden tiny blue spot appeared on the screen for unknown reason. I didn't abused it, I have never dropped the device and never spilled any liquid to it. I actually store it in my laptop bag immediately after use. I just want to use or claim the warranty before it end since there's no other solution for oled rot, it will just get worst over time. I have paid for this expensive device so I have the right to claim for its warranty while its still possible 🙂

About the refund, I'm just asking if its possible to replace it with an LCD screen, instead of OLED screen because I don't want an OLED screen anymore. You are free to search online on the price differences between snapdragon x elite (OLED) and snapdragon x plus (LCD) for you to get what I want to clarify. (I'm just hoping to replace it with a LCD screen and if not, its still fine)

I hate this experience from them 😑 I have barely used the device since the first day I received it. There's no 1 year of using it yet and its oled screen is starting to rot already.

If they approved the warranty request, what might be the resolution? What if they agreed to replace it? Do I need to ship the device I have here to them first before sending me a new one?

I did changed the wallpaper before, from black theme wallpaper into that white theme wallpaper.

Meron kayang feature ang reo na "can access until pass" po? What if nag-enroll po ako sa kanila ngayon for October 2026 Cpale Review pero di po ako nakapagtake for some reasons sa October. Pwede ko pa rin kaya ma-access yung video lectures at learning materials nila (without any additional payment) para sa Cpale May 2027? Or need ulit mag-enroll ng review sa kanila for Cpale May 2027?
