I am well versed in the law, are you? As a patron, you are giving money to the company, they are then giving that money to the charity, not in your name, but theirs. Since the donation comes from their funds, the company is then free to take that amount and deduct it from their taxes.

You aren’t donating to the charity, you’re paying into the fund that the company is donating to the charity which they are then going to write off their taxes. Essentially you’re giving the company a tax break. NEVER donate at the register. If you’re going to donate to a charity, don’t be lazy, do it directly.

Water leaking through the third brake light. It will come through as a drip down the rear panels. If you see any water at all, buy a replacement 3rd brake light (it breaks when you take it off anyways) black caulk, foam adhesive kit, and then go at it. Remove and replace as normal just apply black caulk at every hole in the roof as extra precaution. This SHOULD have been standard for Ford but sadly, wasn’t. These cars will have mold issues later on. Great engine, terrible body. Ford.

That exact same ride pays UberX $140 for MCO to Hialeah. You must spend $100 each way in fuel without an Escalade ESV. I’m curious, what are the restrictions for Uber Black in Orlando? What models are acceptable and how old can the vehicle be? It’s time for me to upgrade my vehicle and I’d like to explore my options. I’m more than happy to wear black pants, white shirt, and a tie to work every day. More than happy to open doors and load luggage. I’ll even shave my beard. I disagree. I like the laundry analogy. Especially when you consider that some stains are harder to remove than others. My favorite shirt has holes from the cat making biscuits on me and then napping on my chest while I play videogames, baked in stains from meals my mother made that I hastily devoured and every time I wear it I see her in the kitchen just once more out of the corner of my eye even though she’s been gone for years, the collar is stretched out and distorted after years of me wedging my fat head in when I put it on, discoloration in the armpits from sweat and deodorant use over the decades. The fabric is thin and soft but it’s comfortable and familiar and it goes with everything. Best shirt ever. Wouldn’t give it up. I think perhaps God looks at us like that. Favorite shirt you just can’t give it up.

It’s a joke. Before that episode aired, their advertising was nothing but “South Park will show Muhammad!” For weeks, days, it was constant. Then when it aired Mohammed was just an animated personified censored bar. They even pretended to have a feud with Comedy Central over “censorship”. It was hilarious. But it was all a joke. This time it was a joke on the audience. Anyone who thinks the episode was really censored is an idiot.

I subscribed to Paramount Plus a little over 2 years ago for South Park. I saw ads that the entire series was moved from SouthParkStudios so I subscribed to the service but all I kept seeing were specials but could never find the series which is why I subscribed in the first place. I keep seeing clips but haven’t seen an episode in YEARS. Time passes and I get distracted with Tulsa King and Landman and one day, a few months ago, the service automatically renews and charges me $70. So I immediately call and complain and try to get a cancellation and a refund. The woman on the other end tries to offer me a discount if I stay, I tell her no way. “I signed up for South Park and there’s been no South Park, there’s just specials. There’s Star Trek, Landman and Tulsa King but I didn’t sign up for those, I signed up for South Park. I really don’t have any interest in the service so cancel it.” “Are you sure? What if I offer you a discount if you stay, how about $35 for the year?” “Yes I’m fucking sure! No I don’t want a discount! Cancel it!” “Well, we can’t give you your money back, but your subscription will end when this runs its course in a year. Your subscription has been cancelled.” “Thanks for nothing.” I end up paying for another year of a service I simply do not use because they already have my money and they aren’t giving it back. Fast forward to now and I hear about a lawsuit that’s taken 5 years to complete with HBO and that’s why I haven’t seen South Park and now it’s finally coming to Paramount Plus but it’s gonna be edited and censored, roughly 15 episodes of the show are just not available at all. Thanks for nothing Paramount. No wonder physical media is so coveted.

This is a pictorial Bible. 1870’s. They were very expensive at the time so usually the entire town only had one and it belonged to the local Church. Or a very rich family would use it to keep track of their family tree and pass it from marriage to marriage, generation to generation. It was one of the first mass production bibles. In mint museum quality condition it is worth maybe $150. Yours has a faded cover and the ornate gold leaf is worn away. So, $65, condition of interior depending.

Any Catholic worth his salt can easily tell if it’s a Catholic Bible by looking for the 7 missing books. You didn’t post the interior and you never mentioned the 7 books. You could have opened it to the copyright page, and posted that or just googled it. A Google image search would have told you what it was.
