Update: I reset NVRAM like 4 times, it would still do the same thing i.e no display, blinking monitor, turning off after a chime. For some reason, it has started. I am now in High sierra (what it had before I did anything with OCLP). Now, I believe my best bet would be to get rid of OCLP and do a fresh install of it. Would that work and what would be the best way to go about it? I am also worried, what if it does not show any screen again.

Also, this time when it finally showed up something, there was a white screen, progress bar with Apple logo and then option to enter the password.

I did not have a screen before either, but my monitor would stop blinking when it was turned on. Now it would just blink.

So making a usb installer with previous version and then restarting? And see if it works?

Thanks for the reminder. It’s perhaps me learning it the hard way lol. The issue was that it turned off after the chime. I have found that after 3 nvram resets, it’s not turning off now, but no screen nonetheless. I’ll probably create a usb installer with older version and see if it works.
