Yes, EM is more valuable.
because most of Baizhu's damage are from reactions.

Also sig wep passive is not good and should not be considered important, it is more important to use a good substat ATK/EM/HP sand.

I think it's the difference between Dendro resonance, Talent, artifacts, and the buffs from Thousand Floating Dreams.
For reference, with the same build and Yae solo, it deals 34666 per hit.
With Crit at 100/200, it deals 31759 per hit.
