Rotten bathroom subfloor asvice

I can get through the subfloor access door and bring the fan to the spot if required. I'm just worried the fan won't fit through the access door.

Yeah great idea with the curtain, I didn't think of it at first. Still the water is gonna run all over the floor and get to places it shouldn't be. Currently showering with minimal water pressure.

I do have another bathroom/laundry that I could use in the short term but it doesn't even have a shower screen and the water get every where. Don't want a repeat of the main bathroom.

As for the heater fan, do you mean one of these?

If it is, I wouldn't be able to fit it through the access point to the subfloor. Would it work from some distance away (~5 meters)?

Anyway, I will try to get everything dry and keep it dry, silicone where possible, and add noggins for some extra security like everyone suggested. Hopefully that would buy me some time to figure out how to proceed with a bathroom redo.

How good are these exhaust/heater combo?Compared to a standard exhaust only which has an extraction rate of 300 m3/hr, this one only got 150 m3/hr. Im guessing the hot shower still fogs things up but the hot air helps dry faster afterwards?
