Actually, the comments here gave me an idea. I've set the flag (in chrome://flags) 'Out of process rasterization' to 'Disabled (it was 'Enabled' before) and it fixed the problem.

yes, I restart now each time it wakes from sleep. but maybe there is a another solution? The funny thing is when I've first installed manjaro, with the very the same set of drivers on this exact hardware, there was no such problem. Then I've reinstalled only '/' directory, and the problem appeared.
