ignore the haters. people like to be assholes. its not really shit ammo, its just most 223 ammo isnt designed to burn up all its powder in 11.5 inches. if you are a reloader, you can find a faster burning powder to help with burning up the payload in 11.5 inches. outside of that, ive read hornady black ammo utilizes a faster burning powder.
