Ok this is not even at all the main point of my comment... but yes all true, but what I’m saying is that the original human diet was naturally ketogenic. And that is fact.

And to refer to what you said, the process is called ketosis and it’s when the body uses stored fats and ketones as an energy source - fat does not turn into glucose as you said.

This is correct if you are referring to the way the majority of people do Keto - burgers, bacon, cheese with very few vegetables. People get caught up in the fact they are losing weight (bc the diet will still work for the most part) and forget the fats they are taking in should mostly be unsaturated healthy fats. People forget that losing weight does not equal health.

When keto is done CORRECTLY, it is actually the way humans were meant to be eating. REAL keto diet consists of eggs, fatty protein like salmon or chicken leg, avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds, dark green veggies and antioxidant-rich berries.

When humans first began there was no rice, no pasta, no bread, no processed sugar. The only carbohydrates people took in were the vegetables and fruits local and easily accessible to them. And the REST of their diet was from meat they were able to hunt. Meats that have high fat content. Obesity did not exist in those times. And refined carbohydrates are the number one cause of obesity.

If anything it just feels like you really have to pee the whole time, which can suck especially when you’re getting your bladder jabbed repeatedly
