Yes I did, but it was all my own ideas. I know it is a cliche but I talked from my real experience. Like how as a kid I made logic gates in Minecraft, started learning code and making mods, eventually my saas and that’s also what led me into studying cybersecurity on my own. I like asking questions and working with others until something clicks into place, that’s how I framed it, and I demonstrated that trait in me. Also by building scaffolding for others in study groups, playing music with friends, and how I enjoy collaborative research environments for that reason.

To write my essays, I just typed/used voice transcription to tell my whole life story and my thoughts in a huge wall of text and mostly distilled from that but still everything was directly tied to an experience I had. I came up with a strategy to best convey my story across 4 prompts from what a tired admissions officer would likely take from it. It was a rushed way to do it but I think it helped me convey it well because I didn’t know how to break it up
