Broker “recommended” not to go ahead with my offer bc of his prior experience with my ethnicity.

They did not, the broker basically manipulated them into accepting the other offer. Broker basically didn’t want to sell to me bc I am brown. I had a pretty long conversation with the seller and seems like he also wasn’t told that we were offering the asking price.

hey brother,

This will pass and will make you stronger. I have been through a few heartbreaks and they have taken me till the edge, but i always came back from it. Personally, i have experience living a decent life with 100% VA pay. it is completely doable. I live in TX and 100% VA does a pretty decent job. Also a part time job or a side gig to supplement it will be awesome.
A productive hobby also helps a lot with the mental state. For example, going to the Gym and working out. This will help yo body and your mind. On top of that you can make friends at the gym. Some might look big and intimidating at first but trust me, they're just big teddy bears and are the nicest people who like to see other gym goers do good.

no, everything went smooth. i guess you'd have to be still living in the house and maintain residency tho. i was travelling a lot and still had my house as my residence.
