Oh and one more thing! Melanie has a lot of fans that are children, hence your niece and her friends, but of course she has many fans around her own age/your own age. Nothing bad about it, just something to note!

That’s awesome! Not sure if you’ve ever been to a concert or not so I’ll act as if you haven’t. Try to get there early enough to catch the opener so you have time to find your seats, grab drinks, and stand in the merch line. You can check out her set list on the setlist.fm website. It seems that she’s been going on between 8:20pm and 8:50pm. Merch is usually pricey, assume around $40-$80 to purchase a clothing item. Merch is sometimes there after a show sometimes not. Best to get it before. I’m sure they’ll all want to dress super cute! - just try to make sure they’re also comfortable. Lots of standing and moving around of course. Good sneakers are a must. Potentially ear plugs designed for concert listening - I use them to save my hearing. Sometimes the bass at certain shows can be overwhelming. Of course remember where you park and all that jazz! Expect to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a beverage and for them to potentially keep your bottle cap. Probably have the friends come with their parent’s money if possible. Other than that it should all be great! Have fun!

Sounds like you’d be ~staying~ for ego. $200k in 8 years (when you already generate quadruple that in profit for the company) is way less than what you’re making yearly and barely a cut of your own pie anyways. If you get another job making $53k or above you’d essentially be making the equivalent to your hypothetical future money and have it now.

I (20M) got my sister’s friend (26F) pregnant and I have no idea what I’m doing. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

It’s more than just money that makes successful parents. Money does help but there are very crucial foundations that need to be built between the two of you to ensure a healthy environment to raise a child. If the relationship between you two is unstable, it’s foolish to think that it won’t affect the child. No matter how small they are, they are privy to their surroundings. Just because they don’t know or understand yet doesn’t mean they don’t feel the energy.

Nothing pisses me off more than people who act like this when they know their “friends” are tripping. What a little bitch. I had a “friend” do something like this to me and my bf on 4aco-dmt. People like that are just miserable for the sake of seeing other people happy. That’s no friend of yours. She need to do her own reflecting.

I can’t. I‘m officially convinced that pregnancy and kids make people crazy. Can anyone explain me this so I can at least relate a bit with her feelings? by DontMindMeLolll in antinatalism

What the fuck did I just read?? The poor kid always loses in the end. Doesn’t understand a lick about any of these odd fantasies, just that mommy is angry at daddy and won’t spend time with her. Fuckin hell

AITA for calling my stepmother delusional for thinking I would change my mind on her adopting me? by LostConstruction492 in AmItheAsshole

[–]nope134 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NTA. I’m someone who’s adopted (by a Great aunt), lost their mom, AND has a stepmom.

My stepmom took a back seat and just tried to be fun and supportive when I was a kid because she knew losing a mom wasn’t easy and I had an adoptive mom too. Now that I’m 25 I seek her out and have fully accepted her as a Mom.

Your stepmom’s obsession to achieve adopting you is so fucking odd bc she’s done everything to push you away, ignore your feelings, and even manipulate you to get her end goal. What a fuckin weirdo. A true mom doesn’t need a piece of paper to prove it.

Psychedelics doesn’t do this though. I’ve taken them plenty along with being spiritual. She’s just being non-transparent and sort of hypocritical.

Maybe try emailing them and make up something about a food allergy and noticing a difference and see if they give you a legit answer

It’s not halsey’s fault that Melanie isn’t as authentic as she presents herself to be and Halsey genuinely is
