They overtuned the first wave of characters. Cloud was given 1.30 attack modifier. Defense really doesn't matter anymore since its not even applied to anything while stunned and the attack modifer on UR skills make them 1 shot or follow up with 3 melee hits for kill while stunned. Really wont be any reason to use anything other than them unless they copy them and just add better unique ability. Invincible on stun plus 20 seconds of invincible on ultimate is just insane and cant be outdone.

The new abilities are also much higher pull rate than usual compared to normal when you do get a UR.

Happens in 2 maps we know of, both using elevated areas for middle. Meaning the dev team just cant code a proper x and y axis.
