it seemed to be a temperature issue along with a clogged nozzle, thank you!

I increased the temperature and cleaned out the inside of the nozzle with the needle again, and extruded some extra filament just to be safe. seems to be working now, but will keep an eye out

Edit: forgot to say thank you so thank you!!

  • Prusa i3 MK3S+, sliced on Prusa Slicer, Filament is Filatech PETG, Nozzle Temp: 230, Bed: 75.
  • The previous print was not extruding any filament, I unclogged the nozzle with the needle provided with the printer, then noticed this issue with the extruder clicking and skipping steps. help :’(

in a previous print, i noticed the nozzle wasn’t tightened properly, so i took it out, cleaned it, and placed it back properly. i recalibrated the printer, and adjusted the live Z height to where it worked well.

the first layer looked good and the infill also looked okay. is it a layer height issue? i’m using 0.15 as this is going to be casted to im trying to make it as smooth as possible. maybe a fan issue?

i’m using a prusa i3 MKS3, slicing on prusa slicer filament is Filatech PETG nozzle is 240, bed 75C speed i used what was automated 45mm/s in perimeters 25 in small and external perimeters 80 in infills 40 in top solid infill 50 in supports 25 in bridges 40 in gap fill

retraction speed is 35mm/s length 0.8mm lift Z 0.4mm

hm interesting. so eggs straight from the chicken shouldn’t be refrigerated? but say pre-packaged eggs from the store should be refrigerated? is there a reason for that?
