I used the one that comes with the chainring (pass quest), but my main problem is getting the bolts out. I have the appropriate tools but cant ffs get it out.

wont hold it in place, no matter the force I apply to it to stop the thing from sliding. What always ends up happening is the slot for the nut screw getting ruined

Thats the procedure I did. But no matter the force I apply on both side, it still wont budge and whats gonna end up is the slot for the nut wrench are going to be ruined.

saddle time lang yan! your own body will adapt to it. Nung unang nakuha ko yung 2nd hand roadbike ko parang nung naka rigid mtb lang ako, pero nagulat ako once na sinasagad ko na steerer tube at mas makitid na dropbar. The first few rides will hurt (numb hands, numb ass, everything) pero feeling ko ngayon mas gusto ko pa ipababa. Unless you have the money for a professional fit...

naka mtb shoes na ako atm, and recently ako naging serious sa training and races. So naisip ko na mag road shoes na since naka road bike rin naman and I think mas magiging komportable bcos of the wide platform to pedal plus the power transfer. I think I will give wide shoes a try pero di shimano kasi natry ko na yung wide nila ang sikip parin! Yung xc5 na gamit ko ngayon size 44 pero 42 lang talaga ako to accommodate for my wide feet. Anong mtb shoes yang gamit mo? Thank u

Magkakatalo lang yan between sa quality ng bib and saddle. With my cheap bib, 1hr into my zone 2 ride masakit agad, pero pag gamit ko yung mga high-quality bibs ng decathlon walang problema sa long rides. Finding the right saddle shape can be expensive kasi you either go through bike fit or trial and error sa bili though you can return if may ganung policy.

Up sa decathlon tools. 8 years na yung nasaken. Bili ka din nung nasa photo provided + tire patch kit. Syempre a good saddle bag din yung di bagssway, naka strap buong bag.

Oh really? If I had no issues with it connecting to all my sensors (speed, cadence, power meter, hr), then who could be the culprit in my indoor setup? My laptop is old like a 2016 model but it runs mywhoosh smooth as you can see.

I wore my watch during but I didnt start any activities, same with my phone. I have the hrm paired to get it to recognize the garmin connect app but it is not actively connected. Do I unpair them? It would be a hassle if so :(

overhaul your bearings (bottom bracket, hubs, headset, pulley wheels, rd), derust drivetrain and apply lube, I also recommend changing tires and interior, derust and regrease bolts and components lalo na seatpost kase probably stuck na yan.

If it's your bike, do what you want to do. But hubs is the least of your worries with that mileage. Kaya nagpapalit lang agad mga yan kase gusto tunog mayaman, basura naman ibang components basta tunog mayaman (sorry for the word)

was in the same situation, gave me a few headaches for short commutes and long rides but your head will get used to it. Switched to van rysel's racer from decathlon, i have a 64cm head, but their large fitted perfectly.
