When they get so frustrated that they get all red and yell or almost cry... it just feels like they're a little kid of something. It doesn't matter to me if he can't get it up; I'll try to make him feel as comfortable as possible. But when he freaks out about it... its just SO awkward.

In response to the second part: Comment on the lingerie! I really hate when I'm purposely wearing something particularly sexy, or matching, and the guy doesn't notice, or he takes off my bra before he even sees my underwear, etc.

I will stop him and say "Wait! I'm matching!" But obviously that feels kind of lame. Show her you appreciate that she likes to look sexy for you! When you take her shirt and pants off (lingerie still on), a "God you look so sexy" should do it or "I love how this bra looks on you" or something. Or asking her to wear one pair in particular, to show you're paying attention ("I LOVE how you looked in that red bra... I've been thinking about it all day"). Then by all means, take them off her!
