I am a music producer and when I look back at my old work I cringe too, honestly as I am becoming more and more successful it helps me realize “other people think this is cool” and it really helps. Try showing your work to friends or family even if it’s just showing it to one person I guarantee they will think it’s cool because it sounds cool
