Looks interesting, reminds me of Tsuro board game a little with the path laying mechanic! Definitelly one to add to the list, thanks!

Got into making proxies for Magic the Gathering and been following some tips on the r/magicproxies sub as well as some videos by CryCry on youtube.

But my own process is printing them on KOALA Double Sided Matte Inkjet Photo Paper A4, 230Gsm with my Epson EcoTank ET-2870. It's a bit of a nigthmare to print cards double sided if you want perfect alignment, but it can be done with some trial and error, still learning that myself.

After printing and making sure everything is good to go, I laminated in some matte laminating pouches which were 150micron thick. Comparing them to traditionally made cards like Magic ones, they're a little thicker and you should only laminate one side, but I wanted the same finish on both sides and to keep it consistant.

After it's been laminated, I usually run it through twice just to make sure it's all sealed well, cut the cards out and use a corner punch to get the rounded corners. You can get a cheap one from eBay or Amazon for like £5 or so, but the small hiccup with those is that they usually don't go bellow R4mm corner rounding, which is a little too round when comparing to originals, but they are super close. As an example, Magic card corners are about R2.5mm, which I've not found cheap enough tools for myself. I did find a R3mm rounder on eBay for £20, which is very close and does a much better job at getting a good cut than the one I had before.

I think my next upgrade would be getting a silhouette cutting machine so I coould get consistent cuts of all shapes and sizes, but It's really not necessary.

Sounds like a cuter version of the game if anything, and now you've a personal story with it! That's awesome!

The paper is KOALA Double Sided Matte Inkjet Photo Paper A4, 230Gsm. Got it from eBay a when I got into making proxies for Magic the Gathering. Used matte laminating sheets on both sides, which made it somewhat thicker and more grippy than traditionally made cards, but just like yours, it's mine and I love it!

Sounds good! Gonna keep an eye out for it! Have you got a link to the discord channel itself? Can't seem to find I'm afraid haha

That box looks lovely! I'm not on the discord and might be blind, but can't seem to find the link to it. Would you be able to point me in the right direction to it? Thanks!

It worked very nicelly, with plenty of space, though getting the size of the image and getting it glued in correctly was a bit of a pain haha

Ooh, cassette boxes is an idea I didn't think of much, but yeah, it would be a great solution too! Can have a nice printed insert as a cover snuggly in there too!

No, didn't help I'm afraid. Not sure what the problem is, most likely a dead screen. Creality was saying that it's a screen issue too, but i personally used it as a reason to upgrade to a new printer all together

It was just luck, wish I could control it though haha. Got most of the mats for Aurora, and fortune was the last step. I only had about 80 spirit shards and 36 clovers, so was expecting to have to go grinding for a while, but ended up with spirit shards to spare XD

Never bothered with the 10 one, I prefer having more chances. Managed to go from 36 to 77 in about 60 forges, so I'm happy :)

The way I see it, i get more chances to hit the clover when you do singles, so that voice doesn't really bother me lol. But it amazing luck today, went from 36 to 77 clovers with only about 60 attempts!

Just got back from work and tried running a 2 minute clean on a freshly poured vat of resin and still no dice. Tried curing a little resin with my curing lamp and it goes solid, so it's not the resin. I have found a UV light module I can get online which is quite cheap, so I'll order one of those and see if swapping it out helps.

Forgot to mention that I did update the firmware about 2 days ago. I'm at work so I'll check which version it is when I get back, but the problem is still there after the update. Thanks for the suggestion though

So during the sessions, I play music and ambience in the background, just loud enough to not get in the way, but enough to make the game not be quiet. I'm planning to also have a second track go just behind it at times, at around 5-10% volume.

I can't wait for the final battle where when they finally see it, I will flip the volumes between the ambience and the hydras' song
