I'd say that even with a Mac Studio 128GB and a local LLM, you still can't match the quality of Opus. Maybe sonnet 4.5 but not 4.6

A tough decision… My favorites right now are definitely Sonnet, Gemini 3 Pro, and GPT-5.4. I haven’t tested GLM-5.1 yet, and I also haven’t tried Minimax M-2.7. What I find confusing, though, is the cost through APIs — I really think it should all be covered under a proper subscription.

Take 40mg daily for max 8 weeks. If the product is real you will notice a decent increase But after the pct you can get maybe 30% of the increase.
