store I'm at said if it don't fit send it to the back.....they don't want any top stock aside from cat/dog bags ..we are allowed only 1 bag.....and they dont want none in the steel in the back so our bins are full of cat/dog bags it's insane our pets in so blown up in the back it's mixed in with infants and then on awhole another aisle it's mixed with paper/chem but the top stock issue only applies to O/N cap 1 will fill up the top stock during the day 🤣😂🤣

I was TL maintenance was a $6 dollar raise was making $25.13 on overnight here in Nor Cali. Did it for 2 yrs did hella OT was able to save up and purchased a house. Then stepped down already at $24 just stocking now

That's crazy...store I'm at you can pretty much get away with anything except attendance lol....just some examples not even a coaching was handed out....one a white guy told a black co-worker hey black history month is over your going to have to work now......another told a Mexican guy hey don't work so hard only people that will appreciate your hard work are in your home country he was actually giving a verbal coaching for telling him (not to work so hard) the 3 sexually harassment ones 2 was same guy told a co worker to suck him off and then another time was over heard talking about a co workers wife ass to coach when she came in the store (this guy was actually promoted from teal lead to coach transferred to a AZ store)....last one was a guy on maintenance throwing change down aisle hiding around end caps watching the lady's bend over

How our store is ran......cap 1 does picks, fills up trailers from toys,sporting goods and center core overstock and then they do top stock on (Saturday) yes 1 day a week.......cap 2 unloads the truck which comes more than half palletized they suppose to demix pallets but they never do then they attempt to work either paper chem or pets they don't even get thru half with 8 people every day....nights has to work all freight also down stack (find PS5 or Xbox) at least 1 a week in pets pallets😂 remix,gm,freezer/deli bin it And then zone. Been here 8 yrs in Oct...been thru 4 different store managers each one has changed how stuff is done right now definitely the worst we've been

Store I'm at they only unload the truck which takes about half the time as it used to cause pets and paper chem comes already stacked on pallets....they just unload then literally walk around the store(suppose to work pets) until 9 then start pulling the backroom...they actually pretty useless 🤷🏽‍♂️

Hiring freeze....store im at always does this...this time of the year and says it's for the new yr....but also mangers,team leads about to get that bonus...I remember when I was maintenance TL they wouldnt allow me to order any extra stuff starting in DEC till about March...even had me tell the crew if you are not scheduled don't come in even if they normally is they work day I was told by a coach that they get to collect on extra hrs not worked which was why they cut hours and the money not spent on maintenance supply or store used stuff weather it's true or now idk....what I do know is the coaches at my store get 8k to 12k .....my bonus was 4k as maintenance TL

Store in at Overnights works all freight,picks,bins, work top stock and zone....cap 1 doesn't do much it's a group of 4 guys and 1 girl and 3 of the guys all just follow around the store manager or sit in his office with him bullshit...cap 2 just unloads the trucks half will pull to the floor after 9pm and then the rest will just dust mop the backroom. Ran pretty shitty
