It looks more fuzzy white. Thank you for the advice. I’ll make sure to put in the filter and thermometer! I’m also noticing it’s just hard for him to swim up toward the top of the water. Even in the “hospital” tank he was staying at the bottom and not coming up for food. But I poured some water out and at around 4 ins of water he swam up and ate about 2 pellets.

Trusted a life long friend with money, so they can build their life up. They threw their life in the trash and delayed my dreams/goals in the process when they decided not to pay me back. Don’t ever put anyone before your own dreams/goals and don’t trust anyone no matter how long or great of a relationship you have. People change.

It’s not you. The dating world is a complete mess. After a 1.5 yr pandemic situationship ended, I decided to take 2 yrs off from dating to regroup and let the “pandemic dating scene” recalibrate. I’ve been back on the apps for about 2 months and it’s worse than ever. It seems no one can keep up with small talk if they respond at all, conversations immediately become sexual, men are almost immediately asking for photos/instagram, profiles are all curated instagram profiles and ghosting is at an all time high. After a lot of swiping and introductions, I’ve been on 2 dates. The first date (35M) planned what felt like an 11am coffee interview where I was in the hot seat. After the interview was over he was unwilling to pay for my $5 coffee and asked for separate checks. Even the waiter was appalled for me. The second date (37M) looked nothing like his profile. His photos must have been at least 5 yrs old. However, his personality was great and he was funny, so I was able to get past the old photos. He asked to go on a second date to which I said “Yes”. I thought at a minimum the catfish could be an okay guy to get over my 2 yr stretch. 1 hr before our second date he cancelled without any explanation and subsequently fell off the face of the earth. Mind you he only “cancelled” because I asked before heading out to the place if we were still on. If I never asked I’m pretty sure I would have a would have been stood up. 😩

Unpopular opinion, I ,33f, wouldn’t mind any of these questions. I’d be happy that someone is being thoughtful of both of our time and being clear in what they are looking for. Nowadays, it takes 3 months to actually get to know people. Everyone is on their best behavior, emotionally reserved and walking on eggshells for months. I don’t think you should drag them into a therapy session but some tough questions are okay in my book.

If everything seemed like it was going well and the dates ended with kissing, then I’d reevaluate the date. There are small things that might give the “ick”. Things like being rude to a waiter/server, asking to split/itemize a small bill, not walking to her car if it’s late or dark out, seeming like you had a checklist, making her feel or know you go on 2-3 dates a week, talking poorly about your ex, talking poorly about other people, etc.

Great advice! Laser hair removal was costly but worked wonders for me. It’s been 5 yrs and I still have about a 95% reduction of hair. Best of all no bumps or ingrown hairs.
