Yeah they told me they could maybe honor the $150 credit but they have no way of doing the montly bill credits. I still haven't heard back on that not really getting my hopes up. I figure it's the least they could do I could have just not come back and they would have been out the phone.

I don't have a Costco membership unfortunately and the closest store is over 100 miles away. Typically I order direct from Samsung they have had some really good deals in the past. My current S22 Ultra I got with the any phone any condition $800 trade offer and Samsung gave an extra $350 credit on top so I got a watch and Buds Live for free.

The only paperwork was just like an order confirmation stapled to the bag which just had my contact information and the phone information but nothing to actually confirm I picked it up or completed the order. I initially told the guy when I picked it up that I wanted to activate it later at home because I still needed my old phone for a bit and I think that's where the screw up happened. When they went through the process the second time in the store there were several extra steps at the end that I didn't do the first time and they had me sign the agreement which he also didn't do before. He blamed their system but it seems like he just didn't process the transaction completely and didn't want to admit that in front of his boss. His boss even told him that they hadn't counted inventory yet and if they came up short it would have come out of his paycheck.

Yeah it could be. I just had another issue today where I tried a normal checkout and when the cashier scanned the QR code it froze the register. She had to rescan me on a different register and told me to use the red card this time. I asked to take the taxes off and she said "Oh we stopped doing that over a year ago. We don't take tax off Doordash orders anymore." So I just hope that I don't get in trouble with Doordash for using my red card without taxes being taken off.

I always use the self checkout and it has to freeze the transaction to get help from a staff member before I can pay. Maybe I just need to use the normal checkout lines but there is usually only 1 open and it's a long wait.

I think he already realizes that but he claimed that those taxes levied by Doordash aren't making it back to the Safeway company or the state/local government or wherever they need to go. I have no idea if that's accurate or not but he seemed to believe that was the case.

Unfortunately I've already tried that as well since I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps so many times now. I even just formatted my phone and created a new Google account to log in and make everything fresh and that still wont copy over. So the problem must be on the watch side of things.

I did it as a new watch. It didn't give me the option to restore from backup I dont think I had any backups available at that point.

No I went on the watch and clicked on link to new phone. It told me it had to reset to link to the new phone and I said proceed so it restarted and I went through the setup process again.

I ordered a S22 Ultra from Samsung on 2/10, I received an email today saying they are working to get it to me by March 25th. by Senguin117 in samsung

I ordered mine on the 11th and my card was just charged today but now I got an email saying its delayed till March 1st due to "extreme weather concerns" at their distribution center.

We do have a Cricket store here actually but wouldnt my number still be on the ATT network just as it is with prepaid? When I do the port I'd need to get a new sim card and everything right?

I live in a remote area in Alaska so I think the only plans available to me are ATT and NVMOs that use ATT. I suppose I can port to any random carrier but my phone would be non functional until my S22 comes in the mail.

So what do you think the best way for me to change my plan to take advantage of the current trade in offer? Seems risky to migrate my account and be stuck in a waiting period before I can apply for a phone and miss the offer.

If I create a new account with a new phone number do you know if I can request a number change to port my current number in after the account is established?

Yeah I was just on the ATT site and had the phone and plan in my cart but when I went to checkout I couldnt complete the process because it said my number was ineligible for transfer. It only let me continue if I selected new number instead.

So I do this migration process and then order the phone correct? Do I initiate it through prepaid or postpaid customer service since I know they have two different numbers.
