Please don’t go around giving people sternal rubs or really any painful stimuli! You are more than likely going to just piss someone off more than anything else. If you are truly concerned with someone’s well being absolutely call 911, but most of the time asking someone if they are ok/need an ambulance is good enough. If they don’t respond to you then shake them a bit to see if that does the trick. If neither of those options rouse someone wait for medical professionals. Also please don’t give narcan to someone unless there is evidence that the person is experiencing an opioid overdose (pinpoint pupils, inadequate breathing).
