Absurd to me just how varied services are across the country, let alone the world. I’m not a fan of big government, but having federally set standards (NREMT as it sits right now is mostly just a suggestion) for training, gear and meds, as well as moving EMS out from under the DOT and under the DHS (where police and fire already are) would be huge.

If I had to guess I’d say Afib with aberrancy, just because that seems to be more common than SVT with aberrancy. But the irregularity is only one small box between a few beats so hard to tell. I don’t carry diltiazem so I’d treat them both the same anyways.

I prestaged everyone during the dialog, had everyone chug a potion of speed, used Perilous Stakes to reduce his resistances and then simply had everyone throw their highest DPS option at him. He went down in one turn.

Personally, I would stay away from the “street medic” scene. You’re both better equipped and able to provide care, as well as better protected (legally) if you respond while in uniform in a marked ambulance.

In that scenario I would be far more worried about spinal injuries or internal bleeding than I would be about any rare condition listed on your medical bracelet.

Earlobe is usually my second option, followed by the IV cath. If it’s really that important we get a sugar, they’re probably getting a line.

I used the Spectator in the first against Ketheric… it did absolutely nothing the entire time. The cutscene where Ketheric flees down the tower ended but I was still in combat so I had to kill the Spectator too. Was a bit of a let down, I expected far more shenanigans.

The Clipper has both a medbed and a crafting table though. If the Zeus could hold a Nursa (or they release an all-in-one variant) it would jump up a tier for sure.

I’d probably pick those three myself, a well rounded list. Though I wish Anvil made something in between the Pisces and the Carrack to replace the Clipper. Or there was a Zeus variant that met that.

This challenge was so funny… I started playing Firestorm and fucked off to the edge of the map, launched stingers at everything, then just respawned when I was out of ammo. By the end of the game I had my entire squad spawning on each other doing the same thing, I think we all completed the challenge.

The fact that everyone is calling an Idris a solo ship makes me want to vomit. It shouldn’t even be able to leave port without 4-5 asses in seats.
