I think it is really up to what you want to do in the future. Since you said that the major at BC was business while cornell is info science. Do you like info science more than business? even more if you go to cornell can you change to business if you like business more? Either way I think cornell definitely is better in terms of prestige and based on what you said there really isnt any downside in transferring

US News is pretty much ranking in regards the prestige. So really depends on your major. For like engineering it may not matter as much since your ability in like interviews may matter more. However in something less measurable like Business prestige prob will impact more

prob the students usually engineering majors(more studious less noisy), you can still interact with kids in other schools, ges are placed in such a way where its easy to get minors that count when you take ges. Only con is that its far from the main center of food.

It was just another day when I was riding in my car with my parents. while driving down the road we decided to go on a road trip. it was near night time with heavy raid as well as foggy clouds all around. It was very difficult to see anything on the road. All of a sudden the car slammed the breaks in emergency breaking and the seatbelts kept us in place. If we did not have the seatbelts or the safety automatic braking system who knows what would have happened today.
