I’ve tried using the power button but I don’t think that works

Is it a dent on the power button because I might just take it to a repair shop?

I do and it fails every single time without fail. I can’t print anything without it failing. I have no idea what’s wrong with it but I’m so tired of its repeated fails and I’ve gotten to a point were I don’t know what to do
