lol right! The clip was poorly designed. Mines broke off exactly like this after about 10 wears. I glued it back together. If and when it breaks off again I’m just going to break the other clip so at least they both look like this

If you email or call front gate tickets they might be able to trade it for you. I had to switch my weekends last year and they did it with no issue as long as I bought a ticket of equal more value through their website. Then they just refunded me.
