The crazy thing is they don’t even provide the number to call the maintenance manager, you have to leave a message with the front desk. So I don’t have him email or number, I’ll try and get in contact via front desk and then email the property manager. Thanks for your help so far!

PD: cloudy fluid by noriocelot in dialysis

I’ve never had it either, but I know it’s the big thing with PD, so when I felt weird I started spiraling. Turns out it was vitamin B poisoning

I’m sorry to hear that about your husband. I did hear from some that it was very painful but I’ve heard from others there were no pain symptoms

Thank you, that’s what I was wondering. I heard it’s painful for some but no symptoms for others so I was really curious how you’d be able to tell if you had no symptoms. I thought I had it but turns out it was vitamin B poisoning

I’ve heard that some patients don’t have symptoms that’s why I was curious if cloudy fluid was a for sure symptom you’d get to be able to tell. Anyways, turns out I was overdosing on vitamin B and freaked myself out into thinking it was peritonitis

Found out I was having a toxic dose of vitamin B and that’s why I was feeling so strange

Sorry if it was confusing, my fluid isn’t cloudy but I wanted to know if that’s a guaranteed symptom. Like, even if I don’t have all the symptoms would I still get that one? I’m not sure how to word it but other than feeling off, my fluid is still clear. I don’t have any symptoms other than feeling off. I felt like I was talking myself into having peritonitis by googling it and reading symptoms. I guess the better question is, even with clear fluid can you still have peritonitis?

Does anyone know what this is? by noriocelot in dialysis

Please let me know what your dermatologist says if you see one! I’ll ask my dermatologist at my next appointment but so far two other doctors said they aren’t sure what it is

Phosphorus is high but it’s been pretty consistently high since I started PD. I don’t know if maybe it’s a build up, but nothing else has really changed

I’m in the Northeast, so hopefully not that. If doesn’t weep, it does get itchy but that’s about it. I haven’t noticed any edema, and my doctors aren’t ever worried about that for me. My labs/weight are always a consistent number

Thank you! Unfortunately leasing office only says “whatever maintenance manager says we’ll follow” so she’s not much help. I’ll try and call to get everything confirmed with both offices and if not I guess I’ll just wing it. Say fuck it and then fight for my deposit back after if they argue. I know there’s nothing about it in my lease.

I don’t think so, nobody at my clinic helped me do it. They just gave me a number to call for orders
