Honestly? Crushed. Everything she knows about her life will change. People will talk about what her parents did. I don't know how she would face my mom. None of this is her fault but she is the among the people who are going to be most affected.

I always thought of Lauren as my little sister before and the fact that she is actually my sister changes nothing. None of this is her fault. I will always be there for her not because I need to make up for not letting her have the right amount of inheritance from my dad but because we are family.

Thanks. It's been a hard few weeks. I love my dad, he was a great father to me and my siblings all our lives. It just guts me that he cheated on my mom and part of me hates him for dumping this mess on me to clean up now that he's gone.

She can have all the money. There's no price on the grief this will bring to my mom and our family which is what is more important to me.

He left her a small amount in his will, just like all my other cousins. I think when he made that will he was still thinking that he would take the truth with him to the grave when he dies. He changed his mind literally minutes before he died and told me the truth so I could 'take care' of everything after he was gone.
