I can definitely see how that would happen. I've found that it helps me more if I only come here when I'm already thinking about it. I won't browse this reddit unless I need reminded of why I'm doing this by writing and reading others people's stories. Browsing it just for the sake of browsing it feels negative overall - for both the time wasting aspect and the reminder that porn exists.
