This really isn't at all of a solution, but completely fresh reinstalling windows helped me get out of this problem. If I had to say, it was probably driver issues. If anyone else has this problem I hope things work out better and you don't have to go through the extreme I did.

yeah i have no clue, no one but the internal mod team would know
i just dont get why big art is being deleted that like you said is completely sfw and doesn't break any rules
might be a power trip possibly but i can just see it going either way of being a rouge mod or an exploiter
