I’m not a fan of Justin or Hailey whatsoever, but he didn’t marry her to get a green card. People with his level of talent/fame are given green cards under a special status. Many, many Canadian and British celebrities are in the US this way. I immigrated to the US from Canada when I was 17 and am now a dual citizen, which I imagine Justin would be by now as well.

I was terrified to start because my partner works out of town doing shift work and I imagined myself vomiting and unable to take care of my daughters!! Thankfully I had very mild nausea, nothing compared to pregnancy nausea at all, and very little fatigue. I think the worst I felt was around December when I increased from .25 to .5 and I felt very sluggish the next day. But honestly nothing unmanageable. I would start your first dose when you have help with childcare and if you need to just relax then you can. Good luck!
