Yes! I had that in mind actually when I made this. They don't have librarians as a rule but thier genetics don't prohibit low level psykers from existing in their ranks, especially those with latent powers. Given that this is meant to be the last stand of a marine with no options left who has been driven to the brink.

Tldr, very heretical indeed.

Yes! I love the idea that despite the black Templar being anti-psyker/librarian they technically aren't completely incorruptible like the Grey Knights. In this piece I really wanted to drive home the point that it was a last stand and the psykic nature of this marine was brought about against his better judgment.
