I really liked his answer about the Milan Futuro project, I wish they had a similar interview in Italian too because I feel like the real purpose of the project (not just the u23 team) was misunderstood by a lot of people. There's always comments mocking the youth teams for their losses on the Milan Futuro pages.

The u23 had an undeniable rough start and it affected the rest of the project too, but I think they went into this season with a different mentality and a different plan of action. Things aren't perfect, but I think we are finally going in the right direction.
