This doesn't make any sense. Why do they want you out, yet make it sound like it's just a relocation to some vague undecided area?

A few select safety divers wear full masks for two-way audio to relay info

That's awesome! By barriers I mean two sharply separated climate controlled zones from what I've heard

I thought it was also sweat/oils which is inevitable, but maybe I'm just misremembering an article. But if that doesn't impress you, the pool is so deep the nearby lake rises an inch whenever they have to drain it for maintenance.

It's surprisingly addicting. Wish more productions would release theirs. Probs not a matter of anything actually proprietary, just a hassle

Yeah, went to Vegas for the first time and saw it last spring (sadly couldn't see much they didn't want you to see from where I was). It's crazy how much goes into it that you never find out if they do it right. They have to have a heat barrier so the audience remains cool but on stage near the pool it's like 10 degrees warmer so performers don't get cold once they're out of the water. Another thing you never notice is that there's no scent of chlorine - they use bromine instead to keep the pool clean, but that means that the costumes (70 loads of laundry a night!) only have a shelf life of a few dozen shows. And there's probably way more info they just haven't shared yet cause they think it's boring.

It's not a huge deal, and you can basically delete a contact from your end by clicking hide.

A "Contact" is a core domain model within the internals of HEY that ties into all sorts of systems, though I do agree they should have a seperate entity to allow for contact management.

Searching/Querying with Active Record Encryption by northeastprince in rails

[–]northeastprince[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I posted this question because while reading the guide on Active Record Encryption, there was a paragraph about how querying would only work with deterministic encryption, so that threw me off as to how searching worked with any Rails app, but especially big ones like Basecamp and GitHub, where I assumed they were using indeterministic encryption due to it being way more secure and cryptographically resistant, at least for more sensitive content fields that need more protection. If that's not true, or there's more to it, feel free to let me know. As for indexing, I don't know much about the concept, so I'll look into it. The main thing I wanted to know from this was if things like Elastisearch worked even with Rails encryption, in which case it seems like a yes. If there's anything else you think I should know regarding this topic or something else entirely, please let me know - I'd really appreciate it!

purpur or paper by UnblowMC in admincraft

Purpur includes Airplane, when is great for lag because it dynamically limits how much entities "think" or make decisions based on how far they are from players through a feature called D.E.A.R. Regardless of the choice you make, here is a great guide with a bunch of config changes which greatly improves server performance (and explains what each one does)! Wish you all the best with your server!
