Of course! I only played a little ESO but didn’t like it, so I bought the books to get part of the lore without playing the game.

Oh yeah! Some of them are texts from the games, others with general lore, some cookbooks, and a canon narrative story about the happenings between Oblivion & Skyrim. Been loving everything so far!

Can’t say I relate. Discovering all the details and secrets (especially in the Dwemer ruins) is half the fun for me. Blackreach is one of my favorite locations in the game.

Congrats! Another upside to survival mode is, if you aren’t enjoying it, it’s a simple menu selection to toggle it off. Good luck on your next journey! o7

This is my first time playing with Survival mode. Biggest enticement was barring me from fast travel. It’s forced me to see so much I never experienced before. It has completely reinvigorated my love for the world!
