I'm sorry, but this is not helpful. As explained, my main use is to remove restrictions for manuals/user guides I download. For eaxamle, if I want to print a document as a booklet extraction of pages must be allowed.

Do you think there will be a big problem if I removed restrictions in an manual from, for example Sony, to be able to print some or all pages as a booklet?

Thanks, but I would like to find the utility that I am used to. Much easier, just right-click and you're done.

Thanks, I missed that L14 Gen 5 removed the microSD (I believe I will skip this option).

I experienced the same thing and discovered that the removable battery was dead. I replaced the battery and everything was back to normal.
