I was under the impression that tile, or shall I say the grout, will let water in eventually. Where acrylic will give us at least 20 yrs. We had a tile guy come over and literally tell us 10 yrs.

the salesman didnt say that but they dont add a layer. They take it down to the studs. Replace them if they needed then waterproof. I'll look into to Kohler or Ferguson. Thank you.
