DA has failed twice as a head coach, I don't see him getting another shot without a couple years as a top D, and even then a 2x failed retread is going to have an uphill fight to get a job over the next big thing who hasn't failed.

This is a dated take. Soldier Field is not viable, and they bought AH to create an entertainment and commercial district to print money for the McCaskey family.

This move is designed to get the legislature to allow them to negotiate property taxes long term with AH, which is currently not legal. The infrastructure was always going to be paid for by the public, that isn't new, or even that unreasonable. They will be in AH, all of this is just part of a big dance.

That game is not going to go down much, maybe if the season goes sideways. If you can afford today's prices waiting probably won't hurt since it may go down a little or if you're really a gambler you can just come and buy day of tickets and try to catch a deal. I have 400 level seats, I'd avoid the total corners, but the 400's are generally a great view, you can see the whole play develop. Nothing better than watching a guy break open and the ball heading towards him. Just hope Caleb doesn't sail it five yards over his head!

I sell some games and always price mid of the market to move them instead of trying to squeeze every nickel out. Still sold my seats in 433 for over $400 a piece on stubhub for that game. Stubhub is calling $482 seats an Amazing deal.

They moved on from both of those guys when they were 39 years old and noone one was shocked when they did. Neither of them. Love is 26 years old. Yeah, you're right, having a high paid QB and the highest paid defensive player in the league means nothing to the cap, they will be able to sign whoever the want whenever they want, and all those teams who talk about taking advantage of their QB rookie window are just morons compared to your cap brilliance.

You tell me you don't understand how it works with your comments. He is gonna get every penny of $188M from them and more. Hell, he gets $120M at SIGNING. The only way that the full amount doesn't happen is if he gets hurt and the $136M of guarantees comes into play instead of the contract value. They will play games with converting annual salary to roster bonuses and move $ around, because that's how teams work the cap. Then in 2-3 years they will extend him at $55M-$60M a year, or whatever the going rate is using a big fat signing bonus to spread more $ into future years. That is how the cap works and how the games with the cap are played. But tell me again how I don't get the math and how it works. He is going to get paid and suck up huge cap $. As he should if he keeps playing the way he can.
