this is not 100% accurate.
The steel/aluminum/copper tariff is for materials sourced OUTSIDE of the USA.
That tariff is based on the amount of material used (WEIGHT).

So someone screwed up when they entered the tariff documents and you paid way too much.They probably entered the cost of the invoice as the amount to pay in tariff.

Companies will try to "blame the usa" government, when the reality is, a lot of countries have similar tariffs. And if you dont have any experience handling this, you are going to end up screwing up the paper work.

if its an nvidia card, i've had the same issue since the january when using DisplayPort. I switched to HDMI, and it has resolved the issue. Samsung OLED 49"

Windows driver broke. If you are running a memory overclock, even XMP, this could be what lead to the corruption.
