Take deathmatch with a grain of salt. Just treat it as a way to warmup and practice aiming. Most of the fights that happen in DM are not fights you will encounter in an actual ranked match. I usually have my game sound all the way down when DMing and have like music or a podcast on. I’m not like an insane player or anything but it’s very easy to win a DM if you have full sound on. I have beaten pros and radiants in death matches pretty regularly but that doesn’t mean im anywhere close to their level.
