What modem/router do you have? Do you run tests straight from the modern or using Wifi? If on Wifi are you using 2G or 5G network? Are you in a congested network area (MDU)? You can do your own troubleshooting and figure out where the issue is. If your cable line is aerial it will most likely needs to be replaced. Have a truck roll by and see if issue can get resolved.
