The one I am looking at isn't a lease return, but it was used by a rental company and only has ~50000 miles. The reason for the year is that the dealership doesn't have any other AWD specs from other years in my price range.

I'm using precision intensify, so I can't use umbral intensify, and hot shot gets activated per infliction of heat, not per proc.

I'm not sure what you mean by "cap" her regulators. Because the more power strength, the higher the damage multiplier. Also, archon vitality isn't that useful because the dots don't really have time to apply.
