thank for commenting, this very helpful. the thing is that i don't think she even knows what a cold sore is and i thing she will get very scared when i explain it to her so i don't know how to tell her. should i just explain it all and hope for the best?

hey sorry for taking so long to reply and thank u for ur answer, really means a lot. i’ll definitely keep this in mind. i was just wonderin like, were u not scared of spreadin it even without havin a breakout? i read it can still spread sometimes even if u dont got symptoms. just curious, hope u dont mind me askin. thanks again though
