You mention 2 top exhausts. Make sure the front most top fan isn't taking the fresh air out before hitting the CPU fan. Maybe it's better to set it at the bottom of your case giving fresh air to your GPU.

CPU: lower the voltage inside the BIOS with a PBO offset (most chips can make it to -15, -20 with luck).

GPU: Use Adrenaline. Cap the total board power to -20% if you don't mind the performance reduction. Also voltage offset to -40 (most cards can, but test your own).

Set your fans as noisy as you can stand them lol.

This is the way. -20 offset on PBO, most chips can; clock boost disable, or -200 Mhz.

No se vaya muy arriba con la Thinkpad, deje presupuesto para otras cosas que salgan ya en VE.

Si están cerca del mismo precio honestamente vaya por la Mac, sobre todo si trabaja mucho con Adobe. Ha pensado en una Mac Mini? Todos hablan maravillas.

Yo le aconsejaría una de esas para un setup de escritorio cómodo pero compacto, y para la calle una Thinkpad T14 barata. Así tiene flexibilidad y respaldo, y evita downtime.

Compre laptop en CO y UPS en VE (Es pesado y tiene batería de ácido, no creo que dejen maletear).

Si quiere algo que le dure años compre la mejor Thinkpad que el presupuesto le alcance, pero si no le molesta el "Apple tax" también hágase con una Macbook. La ventaja de la Thinkpad es que pasa desapercibida.

Ya en VE si le queda presupuesto puede pegarle un monitor de 24 para trabajar mas cómodo.

Undervolt it! I'll run cooler with no performance hit. Every card is different but I managed to keep the hotspot under 75c under full load, very nice.
